Subscription Status
Message from the Secretary
Although the decision was taken to suspend subscriptions for this year 2020-2021, there
are a number of people who did not pay their subscription for the year before or even the
year before that. I have received a list from the treasurer detailing when members last paid
their subscription.
The Society has a number of ongoing expenses to maintain and we need to keep a
minimum number of paid up members to keep our affiliation to O.U.S.A. I hope you will
appreciate this and hope that members will pay any outstanding amount. We would not
like to lose you from the Society though I realise circumstances do change. Some
members have set up a standing order for annual payment which you may prefer.
I will e-mail every member to inform them of their status and arrears.
